| This service comprises all tools from peptide synthesis, conjugation to KLH, immunisation of 2 animals and the production of the specific antiserum with the determination of its titer. |
All our packages comprise:
- Synthesis of 20 mg of a peptide with 10 to 20 amino acids of your choice.
- Conjugation of 2 mg of the peptide to 2 mg KLH and 1 mg of the peptide to 1 mg OVA.
- Immunisation by the scheme described in the immunisation service.
- Production of the antisera by bleeding of the animals and the determination of the titer of the corresponding antiserum.
Package types:
- GP packages: immunisation of 2 guinea pigs
- RB packages: immunisation of 2 rabbits
