Service Bioconjugates

This service comprises a variety of possibilities to link peptides or proteins to one another or to different matrices. This is normally done by bifunctional ligands or other chemically activated intermediates. The most used coupling method is the combination of a cysteine containing peptide or protein to a maleimide activated amino function of a corresponding different protein.

In our conjugation services we offer the coupling of peptides with Keyhole Limpet Hämocyanine (KLH), Bovine Serum Albumine (BSA) und Ovalbumine (OVA). In addition we offer the coupling of peptides to column materials. These columns are useful for the purification of antisera generated by the corresponding peptides. The columns can also be used to purify proteins out of complex mixtures by binding to specific peptides and proteins with different labelling reagents (Biotin, Fluorescence labels, Gold, etc.). Because the prices vary by the amount and by the prices of the labelling compunds we ask our customers to contact us in order to receive a quote on these services.
