Synthesis Scale
Using our peptide services you may choose between different coupling
prices. We offer four scales for our peptides:
In order to receive a certain amount of a peptide you may choose between a minimum amount
of 5 mg, 10 mg, 25 mg or 50 mg of an HPLC purified peptide.
Purification
It is our opinion that unpurified peptides are not suitable
for immunisation or other research purposes. For this reason we
do not offer unpurified peptides. If a customer however asks for
unpurified peptides we will deliver him such peptides on his own
risk.
Delivery
Delivery usually takes about three weeks after receiving your order.
Modifications & Special Services
We also incorporate modified or special amino acids into peptides
(i.e. acetylated, myristoylated, phosphorylated, etc). Please
ask for a quote if you want to use these special services.
Tip for Immunisation
If you order a peptide for immunisation purposes it is advantageous
to place a cysteine residue at the N-or C-terminal end of the
peptide to be synthesized which can be used for conjugation.
We will be glad to help you in the selection of the optimal peptide
sequence to be chosen from a protein sequence to gain optimal
immune response in an animal.
